2) Feixant

Feixant-La Tallada Glacier has been one of the least studied during the cataloguing of Pyrenean glaciers in recent decades. This may be due to the fact that the La Tallada glacier was located in the Mulleres Valley, which forms part of the westernmost limit of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia – Aran Valley, outside the most studied perimeter in the Aragonese Pyrenees. This extinct glacier was considered residual in the 1980s and catalogued as extinct in 1990.

At the base of the Agulletes ridge, which links the Feixant Peak – La Tallada (2,995 m) with the Tuc de Mulleres (3,010 m), in 1985 there were still three other sectors with residual ice, visible from the Tuc de Mulleres, which disappeared after an accelerated process of deterioration in the 1990s.
