91) Sureste Balaitous

In the Circo de la Esclusera, separated from the Brecha Latour Glacier by the Brulle Buttress, the Southeast Balaitous Glacier developed during the Little Ice Age, wedged between the buttress and the Bondidier Ridge. Despite its unfavourable south-easterly orientation, it reached an area of 2.7 ha and a length of 210 m, making it the smallest of all the glaciers in the Balaitus Massif
In observations made in 1983, it was classified as a helero. During the 1990s, it degraded very rapidly, becoming extinct in 2006.
